Level 2 – Deepen and Enjoy
With the solid foundations acquired in Level 1, you can now explore new sensations and further enrich your practice.
The same exercises return, but with more varied options to challenge your body in new ways while progressing smoothly.
A few accessories are introduced to add variety to the sessions and refine your control. Precision remains, and enjoyment begins to grow.
Level 3 – Strength and Mastery
Your body has now integrated the fundamentals and gained stability.
At Level 3, intensity increases: movements become more precise, more fluid, and require true coordination.
This is where the practice reaches its full expression, balancing strength and control. 🌿
Level 4 – Freedom and Confidence
At Level 4, the foundations have become second nature: your body knows the movements, your breathing is controlled and your posture is strong.
It is time to explore the full variety of exercises, play with options and accessories, and fully enjoy your practice.
