Article 2 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of Association Bonum and any buyer regarding the online sale of digital content (videos, routines, programs and Pilates training).

Article 3 – Products and Services

The content offered includes online-access videos and training programs available after payment. Content is accessible via a personal space and cannot be downloaded.

Each purchase grants lifetime access with no recurring subscription.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros (€), including VAT. Payment is made through Stripe Checkout.

Once payment is confirmed, the customer receives an email and immediate access to the purchased content.

Article 5 – Withdrawal Right

According to French Consumer Law (Article L221-28), the right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content is accessed immediately after payment.

By accessing the videos immediately, the customer expressly waives their withdrawal right.

Article 6 – Access to Content

Access is personal and requires an Internet connection and a compatible device.

Any attempt to share, reproduce or distribute content is strictly prohibited.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

All content on cpilatesflow.fr is the exclusive property of Association Bonum.

The Pilates videos are original creations by Ms. Cécile Mourizard, used with written authorization.

Article 9 – Governing Law

These T&C are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts have sole jurisdiction.
