Cécile

About me
Passionate about movement from an early age, I first explored the world of amateur circus, practicing trapeze and acrobatics. I later obtained my State Diploma in Fitness Professions with Club Med Gym in Paris, where I taught fitness and strength training for several years.
It was only about ten years later that I discovered Pilates — a true revelation. I found the foundations I wish I had learned earlier: a way to train the body deeply, while respecting its mechanics and natural balance.
Today, I devote myself entirely to this method, convinced that it benefits everyone, whether athletic or not.
My way of teaching
I enjoy guiding my students toward greater body awareness through precision, control and breathing. Each session is designed to strengthen the core — especially the transverse abdominals and pelvic floor — helping to prevent imbalances, organ prolapse or incontinence, while promoting a stable and light posture.
To me, Pilates is a practice of balance and listening: it helps restore a strong, aligned and free body, ready to move with ease in daily life as well as in other sports.
Philosophy
Each session is a meeting between movement and intention. Cécile offers gentle yet precise guidance, adapted to every level, where technique becomes a means of expression rather than a constraint.
Through her online programs, she supports each person in developing a deeper understanding of their body, lasting stability and renewed energy.
